So you've just had your photo shoot with one of our photographers, what happens next? 

First of all, make sure your photos are ready. As mentioned here, our standard delivery takes 2 days, and you'll receive email notification when your photos are ready. If it's urgent, you can upgrade your booking to next day delivery. 

Once your photos are ready, they will be uploaded to your private online gallery where you can view and download the digital files. The download options are available from the gallery menu. We recommend downloading your photos from a computer (laptop / desktop), rather than a mobile device. This is because you'll need to unzip the files (and you probably don't want to accidentally use up your mobile data)!
